TGrape Lock (autolock)

TGrape Lock is a multi App which locks your BlackBerry® device from any keyboard input.

Autolock = After using your phone just put it in your bag or pocket. The phone locks itself.The standard BlackBerry® applications but also third party applications can be excluded from autolock.

Manual lock = Fast manual locking is possible with the Lock Now! application.

Password lock = You can protect your applications (RIM or third party applications) with a password.

Registration Key
  • Where can I find my registration key?
If the App is bought in BlackBerry App World, or when the App is bought at MobiHand, the registration key is provided on purchase. The registration key can be found in BlackBerry My World in the properties of the app.
  • I did not receive a registration key at my BlackBerry App World purchase.
Probably something went wrong on your purchase. Please contact RIM about the issue: here.

How do I register in the app?
  • Where do I enter the key?
Select registration in TGrape Lock Settings App and fill in your registration key. Please be sure to type all in capitals including the dashes (‘-‘).
  • What if it says no internet connection available on device?
Please be sure to be in an area with coverage of phone reception or WiFi. If there are still issues choose register offline. Here you can enter the device code shown on your device + registration key provided. Then a new registration key is provided which can be used without internet connectivity.

It is not working
  • After install or update of the app
Sometimes the device has to be rebooted manually to solve installation issues. Please reboot via a battery pull or press ‘alt’ + ‘right shift’ + ‘del’
  • It won't work
If you still experience issues you probably have a bad installation. Please reinstall the app. First delete the app, then install the App again by downloading it from your store. This won’t affect your registration.
